Spring rolls

This menu is necessary for party, New Year's Day. Spring roll goes well with rice and rice noodles. Freshly-fried is the best to eat.
@ Ingredients(for 5 people)
Carrots: Half Garlic: One
Onion: Half Egg: One
Green onion: Half Shrimp: 150g
Cloud ear: 25g Minced pork: 150g
Rice paper: 20 sheets Vermicelli: 50g
Salt, pepper: little bit Oil: little bit
@ Preparation
1,Put the vermicelli into the water for 10 minutes, and cut in the length of 2 cm.
2,Put the cloud ear into the hot water until it gets soft. Wash it and julienne it.
3,Julienne onion.
4,Chop up shrimp.
5,Grate garlic
6,Chop up green onion
@ How to make
1,Put pork, vermicelli, cloud ear, carrots, onion, shrimp, garlic and green onion together. And put salt and pepper. Spring rolls
2, Mix No.1 well and leave it for 5 minutes.
3,Put rice paper into the water quickly and make it soft. Roll No.2 by rice paper.
4,Fry No.3 in oil

*It makes egg roll more delicious to dip salty sweet sauce with lettuce and macrophyll
