(Venezuelan Stake with Tomato Sauce)

This goes with rice, black beans and a typical plate of Venezuelan dish!

Ingredients
200g Beef
1/2 Onion
Salt
Pepper
2 slices of garlic
1 large green pepper
1/2 canned tomato sauce
3 or 4 table spoon of olive oil

How to make
1,
Wash the beef and eliminate any grease and cut it in large pieces.
2,
Cut green pepper , onion and garlic in small pieces.
3,
Cut 1 and 2 in a pan sprinkling salt and pepper.
4,
Put a canned tomato sauce on 3 and mix them.
5,
Boil 4 for a few minutes to evaporate water of tomato sauce.
