Louisiana Chicken

I have been in Japan for one and half year. I work at a sandwich shop `BIG BROTHERS' in Tokushima. I am not good at speaking Japanese yet. So, cooking is the only way to communicate with Japanese.
Please try tasty American dish.
@ Ingredients (for 4 people)
<A>
Thigh chicken 700g Cajun spice 1/2 cup
Oil 1 cup Onion 1
Green pepper 1 Red pepper 1

Potatoes 1kg Green beans 150g
Chopped garlic 1 table spoon Olive oil 2 table spoon
Sauce (option)
Water 1/2 cup Cajun spice little bit
Chicken consume 2 table spoon Cornstarch 1 table spoon
@ How to make
<A> Snickerdoodles
1, Heat the oil in sauce pan.
2, Cook chicken with Cajun spice (Cook on low heat until fully cooked)
3, Saute onions and red and green peppers. (Very low heat)
4, Slice chicken into 2cm thick pieces.

1, Slice potatoes in large pieces.
2, Coat with 2 table spoons oil and chopped garlic.
3, Roast in oven at 210 degrees Celsius with green beans for 10 minutes.
<How to make sauce>
Heat 1/2 cup of water, Cajun spice, chicken consume and add corn starch.
