@ Ingredients (For about 66 cookies)
3-3/4 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar 2 eggs
1/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
@ How to make
1,Grease cookie sheets. Snickerdoodles
2,Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3,Beat butter for 30seconds.
4,Add the 2 cups sugar and beat till fluffy.
5,Add eggs, milk, vanilla.
6,Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating till well combine.
7,Form dough into 1-inch balls. (size of chestnuts)
8,Roll in mixture of the 3 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon.
9,Place balls about 2 inches apart of cookie sheet.
10,Flatten slightly with the bottom of a drinking glass.
11,Bake n a 190 degree Celsius oven for about 8 minutes or till light.
