This is very delicious as well as the famous Thai foods in the world. This food is kind of standard menu in Thai Restaurant all over the globe. I like this very much although I am not very good in cooking. You must try and enjoy this meal.
@ Ingredients
150 grams small tapioca pearls
3 cups of water
3 tablespoon palm sugar or white sugar
1/8 table spoon salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 can longan
@ How to make
1,Bring water to the boil. Rinse tapioca pearls in cold water then add to boiling water. Cook until tapioca pearls become sticky. Saku Piag Lamyai
2,Add coconut milk (leaving some for the topping).
3,Stir frequently to prevent tapioca pearls sticking to the bottom of the pan, then add drained longan.
4,Serve warm, using remaining coconut milk as topping.
