Hong Shao Niu Rou Mian
(Braise Tenderloin Soup)

@ Ingredients
2 pounds in large pieces of Tenderloin
3 or 4 slices of Ginger
2 slices of Garlic
2 branches in large slices of Green Onion
2 in large pieces of Tomato
2 pounds in large pieces of Radish(red&white)
2 table spoon of Sesame oil
2 table spoon of Bean Paste
1 cup of Water 1/2 cup of Rice Wine
2 table spoon of sugar 1/2 cup of soy sauce
2 star anise
@ How to make
1, Saute the ginger with sesame oil and sugar. Add the bean paste, soy sauce, rice wine, 1 cup of water and mix them. Be careful the hot oil and water. Hong Shao Niu Rou Mian
2, Cook the tenderloin in hot water for 3-5 minutes, then flush with cold water.
3, Put 1 and 2 in a big pot, then add garlic, green onion, star anise and chili. Add water until it covers the materials. After they are boiled, change to small fire.
4, After 45 minutes, add tomato and radish then keep cooking for 30 minutes.
5, You can add noodles, rice-flour noodles, or rice with the soup.
