Seekh Kebab

Do not put the flame on alow or cover the kebab with a lid while cooking.
Seekh Kebab can be barbecued too on skewers.
@ Ingredients(for 4 people)
500 grams minced beef A slice of bread (center only)
1/4 cup milk 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
1/2 tablespoon garam masela powder Red chilli powder ... according to taste
Salt ...according to taste 1 table spoon chick pea powder
@ How to make
1,Chop the minced beef real fine. See Kebab
2,Dip the bread into milk.
3,Mix in all the ingredients to the chopped beef.
4,Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
5,Take the mixture from the refrigerator and make it into 2cm thick and long shapes.
6,In a flying pan warm quarter cup oil.
7,Fly on medium heat till golden and crisp.
8,Serve hot.
