This is a very unique Mongolian food. Please try to make this meal and you will find and enjoy a very different taste of our different taste and culture of Mongolia. Happy cooking!
@ Ingredients
1kg Minced lamb 1 onion 1/6 cabbage
2teaspoon salt 1-1,5kg flour 1/2 cup water
@ How to make
1,Mix the flour and the water, knead until a little harder than an earlobe and gather it. Boz
2,Wrap the above No1 in plastic wrap keep this about 10 minutes.
3,Chop the onion and the cabbage into fine pieces.
4,Mix the above No3 with minced sheepskin bag, into there, a half cup of water mixed 2 table spoon salt. Knead this a lot.
5,Smooth the above No2 like a stick about 3-4diameter. Crash the above No3 on the palm, and smooth this with a wood stick like a stick about 5-6diameter. Then it is better that a center is thick and a side is thin.
6,Wrap the above No4 in the above No5. It is similar to shaomai (a steamed meat dumpling).
7,Steam the above No6 by a steamer for 20 minutes.
