Indica: 1 cup
Onion: 1 quarter
Salad: small amount
Soup stock cube: 1
Water: 2 cups
@ How to make
1,Rinse rice with water and drain. Arroz (Mexican Rice)
2,Chop onion finely.
3,Place heavy pot over flame, add oil, stir-fry chopped onion until it becomes transparent, then add rice, saut mixture until rice becomes dry.
4,Add water and a cube of soup stock; simmer covered mixture until water evaporates (approximately 30 minutes).
