Sate Ayam Madura

"Sate Ayam"(chicken sate) is favorite dish when we go out eating in Indonesian Restaurant. We like it very much, especially in hot sauces. It is delicious. This version is not a really hot one. Sometimes we try to make by ourselves at home. It is good for indoor or outdoor party.
@ Ingredients
600 grams Chicken meat, cut in 1 inch cube
Bamboo stick
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
4 tablespoons of peanut oil
4 tablespoons of Indonesian sweet soybean ketchup (called "ketchup manis" )
100 grams of crashed fried peanuts
2 pieces of ground garlic
5 pieces of kemiri(Indonesian nut) *If you can't get this, it is ok to cook without one
1-1/2 tablespoon of red sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
For Supplement
Cucumber cut in 1 inch cube Carrot cut in 1 inch cube
Slice lemon

1,Stick each bamboo stick into 5 pieces of chicken Sate  Ayam  Madura
2,Fry well vegetable oil, Indonesian sweet ketchup (ketchup manis), crushed peanuts and kemiri, ground garlic, red sugar and salt until smell well
3,Add peanuts oil to No.2
4,Soak chicken(No.1) in sauce(No.3)
5,Grill chicken(No.4) well
6,Heat sauce(No.3) and put to grilled chicken
7,Serve with the supplements
