Glamorgan Sausages

I like cooking very much. This is my favorite dish from Wales. Everybody enjoys cooking!
@ Ingredients
50grams strong cheeder cheese,grated 2 teaspoons sage
50grams fresh breadcrumbs salt and pepper
1/2 onion, finely chopped 1 small egg and 1 large egg
2 teaspoon chopped parsley 20grams breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder pinch of thyme
oil flour
@ How to make
1,Beat the small egg and add the mustard, parsley, thyme, sage and seasoning. Glamorgan Sausages
2,In a separate bowl, mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs and onion.
3,Combine the egg mixture with the breadcrumb mixture.
4,With floured hands, make the mixture into about 10 sausage shaped rolls.
5,Beat the large egg in a bowl. Dip the sausages in, coat them with the breadcrumbs and fly until golden brown.
6,Drain well and serve with a crunchy green salad.
