| 1, | Drain water from Tofu and carefully slice into cubes of about 1,5cm. |

| 2, | Heat oil in a frying pan and add the Toubanjan. |
| 3, | When the mixture becomes brown, add the minced pork and brown. |
| 4, | Add the Tofu, salt, soy sauce and pepper and mix well.
¦Be careful that you don't crush the shape of tofu. |
| 5, | Simmer over a low heat until all tofu is heated through. |
| 6, | Season with Japanese pepper and minced spring onion.
