Shisen Region Ma Po Tofu

@ Ingredients
1 package soft tofu
50grams minced pork
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese Chille bean Paste(Toubanjan)
1 tablespoon salad oil
Soy sauce Sugar
Salt Pepper
Japanese pepper Diced spring onion
@ How to make
1,Drain water from Tofu and carefully slice into cubes of about 1,5cm. Shisen Region Ma Po Tofu
2,Heat oil in a frying pan and add the Toubanjan.
3,When the mixture becomes brown, add the minced pork and brown.
4,Add the Tofu, salt, soy sauce and pepper and mix well.
¦Be careful that you don't crush the shape of tofu.
5,Simmer over a low heat until all tofu is heated through.
6,Season with Japanese pepper and minced spring onion.
