Chicken Meat and Okra Stew

I used to work as a fashion model and am now working as a secretary in Rio de Janeiro.
The following dish is very easy to cook. I hope you will enjoy this Brazilian food.
@ Ingredients
Chicken leg meat (bite size pieces): 500g
Okra: 400g-500g
Salad oil: 8 tbsp
Salt: 2 tsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Cilantro (finely chopped): 1 cup (to taste)
Onion (finely chopped): 1 large
Garlic (finely chopped): 2 cloves
Pre-cooked canned tomatoes (1 cup) or tomato puree (3 tbsp)
@ How to make
1,Marinate bite-size chicken leg meat in a mixture of salt (1 tsp), garlic (2 cloves) and vinegar (1 tbsp). Chicken Meat and Okra Stew
2,Add salad oil (4 tbsp) to a pan and heat. Transfer mixture 1, to pan and saut. When cooked, transfer to a plate.
3,Trim stems from washed okra and cut into 2 - 3 cm lengths.
4,Add salad oil (4 tbsp) to emptied pan and heat; saut okra mixed with salt and vinegar.
5,Combine 4, 2, and a little less than one cup of water (if you prefer a tomato taste, add Pre-cooked canned tomatoes or tomato puree as well) and cook for 15 minutes.
6,Add cilantro at the end.
7,Serve with rice.
