| 1, | Take rice, Mosur daal and Mung daal in a rice cooker. Wash the mixture and drain out excess water. |

| 2, | Add 1 cup of fresh or previously-frozen mixed vegetable pieces (broccoli, cauliflower, potato, carrot, corn etc.). |
| 3, | Heat two tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan over a medium high flame. When hot, put the chopped onion, ginger pest and garlic pest. Stir and fry them for 2/3 minute and add it with the rice mixture. |
| 4, | Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, red chilli powder and 5 pieces of Clove. |
| 5, | Add 2 tablespoons of your favorite cooking oil and stir well for a very good dry mixture. |
| 6, | Now, add 4 (four) cups of warm water, put the lid on the cooker and turn it on. |
| 7, | That's it .... Your Khichuri will be done and will keep warm for you, whenever you want to eat .... You don't have to stand alert while cooking. |
