| 1, | Mix Soya sauce, mince, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Form ping pong sized balls and fry in Salad Oil until golden brown. Set aside to cool. |

| 2, | Cut pineapple and capsicum into 2cm squares, lightly fry in remaining salad oil. Add vinegar, sugar, and the juice from the canned pineapple and mix well. |
| 3, | When the capsicum has softened a little add meat balls, stir well. |
| 4, | Prepare the corn starch by mixing with a little water slowly add to the mixture until the sauce thickens. |
