500 grams Caand Tuna
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
1 Celery
1 Carrot
Dressing
Olive Oil
Vinegar
Soya Sauce
Sugar
Prepared Mustard
Garlic(Minced)
Salt and Pepper

In a large bowl (preferably glass for aesthetics) mix finely chopped ingredients.

Prepare the dressing by shaking all ingredients in a container. During the summer
it is best refrigerate both salad and dressing separately and mix just before serving.
