3 "Vitamin Color"

At the end of summer, I always feel considerable fatigue and weariness, which greatly affect my daily activities. In this season, I sometimes take a health drink, although I never take one in other seasons.
At this time of the year, our bodies require nutrition to prepare for the coming autumn. Among colors, orange, placed somewhere between red and yellow, works as a nutrient. Orange features warmth and friendliness, although it is not as passionate as burning red, or as bright as glaring yellow.
When an elementary school that I know was planning to repaint the walls of its dispensary, I suggested pale orange, or peach color. For sick children waiting in beds for their parents to pick up them, slightly stained white walls are likely to aggravate their unease. The peach color, which reminds them of their mothers' skin, is effective in soothing their uneasiness. Today, an increasing number of Japanese schoolchildren absent themselves from school. Even when these children go to school, they prefer staying in school dispensaries rather than classrooms. I believe that changing the color of dispensary walls can help such children who, being unable to attend class, stay there during all school hours.
Orange can be recognized even in the dark, or from a distance. Thanks to these characteristics, orange is used for lifesaving equipment. Also, bright orange is often used for packages of health drinks and other invigorating agents.
Orange represents life, vitality, and the delight of sharing food with families and friends. If you feel extreme fatigue due to prolonged summer heat, use orange, which heals your mind and recovers your strength, just as vitamins do.
